The RacingLine Boost Pipe Kit is an upgrade set for the Audi RS3 (8V.2 & 8Y) and TTRS (8S) models, featuring 2.5 TFSI engines. This five-piece kit directly replaces the factory plastic and rubber charge pipes with larger, more robust components. The aluminum boost pipe boasts a 70mm outer diameter, up from the factory's 63mm plastic pipe, which helps maintain intercooler outlet diameter all the way to the throttle body. This larger pipe also eliminates the factory wiring loom clearance dent, ensuring smoother, laminar airflow. The interior surface is lined with fluorosilicone, providing resistance to oil and gasoline permeation for increased durability. The system's internal stepped joint transitions create a port-matched laminar airflow path, significantly reducing turbulence compared to non-stepped designs. The hoses are equipped with convolutions and stainless steel bands to allow for engine movement without collapse, and they are secured with Mikalor-brand stainless steel clamps to minimize boost leaks and hose slippage. It is compatible with Audi RS3 models from 2017-2024 (8V.2, 8Y, and 8Y.2), Audi TTRS models from 2017+, and Cupra Formentor VZ5 models from 2020+, all equipped with the 2.5 TFSI engine (engine codes DAZA, DAZC, DNWA, DXHA).
