Boost-Triggered Methanol Injection Kit

The Alky Control ALKC6MAP methanol injection system is specifically engineered for the 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6 when equipped with a centrifugal supercharger, such as those from A&A, ECS, or Procharger. Unlike airflow-based systems, this kit uses a MAP sensor to regulate methanol injection based on boost pressure, providing a progressive increase in methanol delivery as boost levels climb. This advanced control strategy is designed to deliver optimal fuel enrichment and maximize power output, while also significantly reducing intake air temperatures by over 80%. Key features of this kit include a PAC progressive controller, a 90-micron in-line filter, and stainless braided hoses. The modified pump is rated for 100% methanol, which not only provides a substantial cooling effect on the intake charge but also adds high octane fuel to the mixture, crucial for maximizing power in boosted applications.
