The ProTuningFreaks bootmod3 is a sophisticated, cloud-based flash tuning platform designed for the BMW S58 engine, serving as a prime upgrade for G80 M3, G82 M4, and G87 M2 owners. This system enables direct DME flashing through the OBD port within minutes, offering convenience without requiring a trip to a workshop or the removal of the DME. It supports a wide range of features, including on-the-fly map switching using steering wheel controls, advanced flex fuel and ethanol tuning capabilities (0-100% ethanol), and anti-lag functionality for building boost while stationary or moving. The platform boasts extensive datalogging capabilities, capturing over 70 channels concurrently at high throughput. It also includes a Live Dash feature for real-time vehicle parameter monitoring with configurable gauges and peak recall.
