The Protuning Freaks bootmod3 S58 Tune is a comprehensive cloud-based flash tuning solution that allows users to calibrate factory vehicle modules over the OBD port in approximately three minutes. This platform features the CustomROM V2 suite, which provides advanced tuning tools such as on-the-fly map switching, anti-lag for stationary or rolling starts, and integrated flex-fuel management for varying ethanol blends. Users can access data logging for hundreds of diagnostic channels, perform live dashboard monitoring, and utilize a map editor to adjust nearly 7,000 tuning tables. The system supports a range of performance enhancements including transmission torque limiter adjustments, exhaust burble customization, cold start removal, and boost-by-gear strategies. It is compatible with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms, requiring a separate bootmod3 WiFi adapter or OBD ENET cable for installation. Compatibility is specific to BMW F97 X3M (2019-present), F98 X4M (2019-present), G80 M3 (2021-present), G82 M4 (2021-present), and G87 M2 (2022-present). Please note that G80, G82, and G87 models require a Femto unlock, and 2019+ models with November 2019 or later software require an OBD unlock to function.
