Manual Steering Box Rebuild Kit 22:1 Ratio Short Input contains everything needed to rebuild your original Tri-5 manual steering box completely. This kit converts your box to short input shaft design for use with aftermarket steering columns. The 22:1 ratio provides standard steering response for normal driving. You will need some special tools to complete this rebuild project properly. The kit includes detailed instructions that guide you through each step of the rebuild process. All parts needed for complete restoration are included in this kit. The short input shaft works better with modern steering column setups. This rebuild restores your original steering box to like-new condition and performance. Installation requires mechanical experience and proper tools for disassembly and reassembly. Quick ratio kits and standard length input shaft versions are also available for different applications. The rebuilt box will provide years of consistent steering performance. This major rebuild kit includes all necessary components to completely rebuild your original Tri-5 manual steering box into a short input version for use with an aftermarket column.
