The Bosch 0 280 158 117 is a genuine Bosch high-performance EV14 fuel injector, offering a flow rate of 50 lb/hr (520 cc/min or 374 g/min) at 300 kPa (43.5 PSI). This injector utilizes the EV14S standard body geometry, measuring 48.65mm in length. It features a modern USCAR/EV6 electrical connector and a Type E dual cone spray pattern with a 15° split-stream and 12° offset angle, designed for accurate fuel delivery into multi-valve cylinder heads. This high-impedance injector (12.0 Ohms) ensures compatibility with a wide range of ECUs. While the injector is calibrated using N-Heptane (resulting in an industry-standard rating of approximately 547 cc/min), a real-world estimate for gasoline is provided at around 520 cc/min, reflecting the fluid's higher density. Injectors are sold individually and are shipped in factory-sealed Bosch packaging or bulk bagged format. It is important to note that injectors sold individually are not flow-matched by Racetronix, and there are absolutely no returns on open-box fuel injectors.
