The Motor Man 0280155923-6 fuel injector set is engineered as a performance-oriented replacement for 1999-2004 Jeep 4.0L engines, including the Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, and TJ models. By replacing outdated single-hole factory injectors with these 4-hole Bosch EV6 units, users can achieve more consistent fuel atomization, which typically results in a smoother idle, improved throttle response, and better fuel economy. These injectors are also known to resolve common Jeep 4.0L issues such as long crank times or hard starting when hot, as well as fuel pressure leak-down. These injectors are high-impedance (12 ohm) units with a flow rate of 22.8 lb/hr at 3 bar and use USCAR style connectors. They are precision-manufactured to meet OE flow and resistance specifications, ensuring compatibility with the stock engine management system; notably, no ECU tuning or modification is required for installation.
