It offers substantial performance improvements, with the capability to support 525-600 wheel horsepower (whp) on pump gas and 450-525 whp on E30 fuel. For Gen1 B58 vehicles, a wire harness extension (CTS-WH-008, sold separately) is required for installation. No tuning is necessary for this upgrade. B46 and B48 engine owners, specifically those up to the 2019 model year, will also see benefits from this HPFP upgrade. However, it is important to note that some 2019 BMW/MINI B46/B48 models may already be equipped with an upgraded pump, so verification before purchase is recommended.
