BOSS 500 Turbocharger System

The CTS Turbo BOSS 500 (Bolt-On Speed Solution) Turbo Kit is engineered for FSI engines, centering around a genuine Garrett Gen2 GTX turbocharger. This kit is designed to be a direct bolt-on, requiring no modifications to the vehicle, and is capable of producing between 500hp to 700hp, depending on fueling and other engine modifications. At its core, the kit includes the GTX2867R turbocharger installed into a proprietary CTS exhaust housing, which is carefully cast and machined in-house. This housing features a 0.63 AR scroll area for improved boost response and to eliminate restrictions. The kit comes complete with custom oil and water lines for a straightforward installation and problem-free operation. Proprietary molded silicone hoses connect the turbo to the turbo outlet pipe and intake. It also requires either the factory or CTS Turbo outlet pipe and is compatible with any exhaust downpipe. Please note that this kit requires updated software, which is sold separately. The product is not for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled vehicle. This turbocharger kit is specifically designed for the Audi A3 8P FWD 2.0T with an FSI engine, as well as Volkswagen Golf R, Golf V, and Jetta V models with the 2.0T FSI engine.
