The CTS Turbo BOSS 600 is a high-performance turbocharger upgrade kit specifically engineered for GEN1 EA888 TSI engines in transverse applications. This kit aims to significantly increase power output, with capabilities ranging from 500hp to 600hp, depending on supporting modifications and fueling. At its core is a genuine Garrett Gen2 GTX turbocharger, integrated into a CTS proprietary exhaust housing. This housing is carefully cast and machined in-house to ensure compatibility with any exhaust downpipe and features a 0.63 AR scroll area for optimal boost response and minimal restriction. It is compatible with the CTS Turbo intake system, and while other intakes may be adaptable, CTS cannot provide guidance for their installation. The kit allows for the use of stock, CTS Turbo, or other billet diverter/blow-off valves, as well as factory or CTS Turbo outlet pipes. Any exhaust downpipe can be utilized with this turbo kit. Included in the kit are the genuine Garrett GTX Gen2 turbocharger, CTS Turbo exhaust housing, wastegate bracket, 4-ply silicon couplers, oil lines, water lines, and all necessary installation hardware. Tuning is available from United Motorsport and Eurodyne for both stock and upgraded fueling setups. This upgrade is compatible with the MK5 GTI 2.0T I4 and MK6 GTI 2.0T I4 models.
