BOSS Turbo Inlet Pipe

The CTS Turbo BOSS Turbo Inlet Pipe is a performance upgrade specifically designed for the B9/B9.5 Audi SQ5 3.0T, compatible with factory or CTS Turbo SQ5 intakes. This inlet pipe aims to improve airflow by featuring a larger internal diameter compared to the factory unit and even CTS Turbo's own high-flow inlet pipe. Constructed from high-flow cast aluminum, the BOSS Turbo Inlet Pipe incorporates a removable turbo adapter system. This design allows for compatibility with multiple turbocharger sizes, including the stock/factory turbo (52mm adapter), Pure750 or other 63mm inlet turbos (63mm adapter), and CTS Turbo BOSS800/TTE710/TTE810 or other 66mm inlet turbos (66mm adapter). The included adapters, along with necessary o-rings and allen-head bolts, simplify the installation process. A slotted mounting hole is incorporated for easier installation of the lower screw. Flow testing indicates significant improvements when used with the CTS-IT-290R intake. For instance, the CTS-HW-382 with the 66mm adapter achieved 617.0 CFM, representing a 57% increase over stock. The inlet pipe is 3D designed and precision-machined in-house for accurate fitment and features factory-style PCV connections.
