The CTS Turbo BOSS500 Gen2 GTX2867R turbocharger is a direct bolt-on upgrade for MQB vehicles, designed to produce between 400hp and 600hp. It features a Garrett Gen2 GTX2867R turbocharger installed into a proprietary CTS exhaust housing with a 0.63AR scroll area for improved boost response. This kit offers a modular package for increased power and long-term reliability.

It includes proprietary custom molded silicon hoses for connection to your turbo outlet pipe and air intake. The kit is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo outlet pipes and any exhaust downpipe.

The CTS Turbo BOSS500 Gen2 GTX2867R Turbo Kit represents a significant performance upgrade, engineered as the world's first truly bolt-on turbo solution for MQB vehicles. This kit integrates a genuine Garrett Gen2 GTX2867R turbocharger into a proprietary CTS exhaust housing, carefully cast and machined with a 0.63AR scroll area to optimize boost response and minimize restrictions. The BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution) kit is designed to achieve power outputs ranging from 400hp to 600hp, depending on accompanying fueling and engine modifications. Installation and operation are streamlined through a modular design that requires no modifications to the vehicle. The kit includes custom wastegate solenoid brackets, oil and water lines, and proprietary silicon hoses for seamless integration with the turbo outlet pipe and air intake. Compatibility is maintained with factory or CTS Turbo outlet pipes and any exhaust downpipe. Note that the BOSS turbo upgrade specifically requires a CTS Turbo or other billet diverter/blow-off valve; factory or GFB valves are not compatible. Applications for this turbo kit include the 2015+ Volkswagen Golf Mk7 GTI, 2015+ Volkswagen Golf Mk7 R, 2014+ Audi A3 8V, and 2014+ Audi S3 8V. The package comes complete with the Garrett Gen2 GTX2867R Turbo, CTS Turbo exhaust housing, wastegate bracket, 4-ply silicon coupler set, DV/BOV valve adapter, oil line set, water line set, and all necessary fittings and hardware.
