Overview

The CTS Turbo BOSS500 Turbo Kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade for FSI (timing-belt motor) 2.0T engines. Designed for modularity and long-term reliability, this kit is capable of producing 400hp to 500hp, depending on fueling and other engine modifications. It features a proprietary cast and machined exhaust housing with a 0.63AR scroll area for excellent boost response.

The CTS Turbo BOSS500 Turbo Kit is engineered for FSI (timing-belt motor) 2.0T owners seeking significant power gains, capable of producing 400hp to 500hp with appropriate fueling and engine modifications. This kit utilizes a proprietary CHRA and exhaust housing, cast and machined in-house to ensure compatibility with any exhaust downpipe and an optimized 0.63AR scroll area for improved boost response. The kit includes custom oil and water lines, proprietary molded silicone hoses for connection to the turbo outlet pipe and intake, and is compatible with CTS Turbo intake and either factory or CTS Turbo diverter/blow-off valves. The use of an OEM or CTS Turbo outlet pipe is also specified. Please note that this turbo upgrade kit does not fit right-hand drive vehicles. Additionally, MK6 Golf R and 8P Audi S3 models will require a DV block-off plate. Compatibility with other manufacturers' intakes is not guaranteed, and guidance cannot be provided for such installations.
