The CTS Turbo BOSS600 Kit is a bolt-on big turbo kit designed for B8/B8.5 Audi A4/A5/Allroad 2.0TFSI models from 2009-2016. It reuses the factory oil drain and coolant supply lines for an easier installation and includes all necessary hardware.

The CTS Turbo BOSS600 Kit offers a comprehensive big turbo solution for B8/B8.5 Audi A4/A5/Allroad 2.0TFSI vehicles manufactured between 2009 and 2016. This "truly bolt-on" kit features a CTS Turbo GEN2 GTX 54/71 dual ball-bearing CHRA with an 8-blade billet compressor wheel, a CTS compressor cover with an integrated diverter valve flange, and a CTS 2.0T Longitudinal Turbo Manifold specifically machined for B8/B8.5 fitment. It also includes a 3" turbo inlet pipe kit, proprietary turbo inlet silicon, an air intake heatshield, a reusable high-flow air filter kit, and all necessary oil feed and coolant line kits, along with gaskets, nuts, studs, clamps, and bracketry. It also works with factory or upgraded diverter/blow-off valves. Required hardware for installation includes a high-flow downpipe and an intercooler upgrade. Significant fueling upgrades are required for the BOSS 600 kit, and upgrades to engine connecting rods and head studs are recommended for optimal performance and reliability. Due to the complexity of installation, it is strongly recommended that this work be performed by an experienced performance shop mechanic. Proper software tuning is essential for this kit to function correctly. Please note that this kit DOES NOT FIT EUROPEAN GEN3 B8 VEHICLES; it is ONLY compatible with EA888.1 and EA888.2 engine variants.
