BOSS600 Turbocharger Kit for GEN1 EA888 TSI

The CTS Turbo BOSS600 is a high-performance turbocharger upgrade kit specifically designed for GEN1 EA888 TSI engines found in MK6 2.0T applications. After extensive research and development, CTS Turbo has engineered a modular package capable of supporting 500hp to 600hp, combining significant power potential with robust, long-term reliability. The core of this "Bolt-On Speed Solution" is a custom CTS Turbo CHRA featuring a 54/71 dual ball-bearing assembly and an 11-blade billet compressor wheel. This is housed within a proprietary CTS exhaust housing, meticulously cast and machined in-house to ensure compatibility with various exhaust downpipes and optimized with a 0.63AR scroll area for superior boost response and minimal restriction. Installation is simplified by custom oil and water lines, along with proprietary 4-ply silicon hoses that connect the turbo to the intake and turbo outlet pipe. Compatibility extends to stock or CTS Turbo diverter/blow-off valves and either the OEM or CTS Turbo outlet pipe. While the turbo upgrade is currently optimized for CTS Turbo intakes, other intake systems may be adaptable, though guidance for non-CTS intakes is not provided. Important fitment considerations include: this turbo kit does not fit right-hand drive vehicles. It is also not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per California Air Resources Board regulations. Tuning is available for both stock fueling and upgraded fueling systems from United Motorsport and Eurodyne. The product includes the CHRA, exhaust housing, wastegate bracket, silicon couplers, oil lines, water lines, and all necessary installation hardware.
