The Vibra-Technics VAG520M is a performance-oriented bottom engine and subframe mount designed to replace the original equipment on various VW and Audi models. This mount directly replaces OEM part numbers 1K0199868A (upper) and 1K0199867A (lower), offering a significant reduction in engine movement during performance driving. Constructed with a natural rubber insulator, this mount provides superior comfort and isolation from engine vibration, outperforming many aftermarket urethane options. Vibra-Technics emphasizes the use of natural rubber compounds, as proven by automobile manufacturers for optimal performance and durability. The rubber is chemically bonded to metal components during the molding process using advanced adhesive systems. This Fast Road mount offers substantial improvements in ride and handling without negatively affecting vibration isolation. For some applications, it is recommended to replace the dogbone mount bolts with new genuine VAG revised bolts during installation.
