The Pulsar PSR3076 Gen2 turbocharger is engineered for superior performance and longevity, featuring a dual ceramic ball bearing system for optimal response and reduced shaft wear. Its compact design includes a Gen2 billet compressor wheel with Extended Tapered Tip Technology and an Inconel 713c 10-blade turbine wheel, providing robust performance. Key specifications include a compressor wheel measuring 58x76mm and a turbine wheel of 60x55mm. The compressor features a 4" inlet and a 2" outlet, while the turbine inlet can accommodate T3, T4, or 2.5" V-Band configurations, with a 3" V-Band outlet. The oil feed connects via a -4 AN fitting to an oil restrictor, and the oil drain uses a standard T3 flange. Water cooling is highly recommended for increased durability. This turbocharger is capable of a maximum airflow rate of approximately 65 lb/min and is rated for up to 750 FWHP. It is noted as a popular choice for LSeries, RB25, and 1JZ engines seeking 350-500 HP, offering excellent spool, longevity, and performance. Specific turbine housing recommendations are provided, such as the .63 T3 housing for stock to lightly modified L-Series engines, and the .82 housing for those with head work, cams, and larger displacements.
