Pump Assembly Nissan VQDE40 2005-PRESENT Billet Gear Standard Flow

The VQ40DE oil pump starts with the Nissan OEM housing but is assembled with Boundary's mirror-finished billet oil pump gear. VQ40DE engines are known for their fuel efficiency, dependability, and boost between 261-275 horsepower. This unit also comes with a preference of relief valve settings for high RPM pressure. All assembled billet pumps undergo a meticulous process including ultrasonic cleaning, hand de-burring, use of industry-leading mirror-finished gear sets, replacement of stock fasteners with stainless Torx heads torqued to spec with Loctite, application of anaerobic sealant to critical areas for faster pump-up speed and reduced aeration, and assembly lubricant on all critical surfaces for fast oil flow on startup. Parts are blueprinted and issued with a specification sheet.
