Pump Assembly Ford Duratec V6 2.5L/3.0L High Flow High Pressure Oil Pump

The Boundary Ford Duratec Oil Pump Assembly uses proprietary race prepared housing fitted with custom Billet Oil Pump Gears. It features a proprietary gerotor profile to produce 30% more volume and safely deliver it at up to 9000 RPM and over 800WHP. All assembled billet pumps undergo the following: complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, air blast, and hand inspection of all parts. The pump is hand de-burred. The gear set is cut in-house and features ColdFlow surfaces and high quenched and tempered chromoly cores. Stainless Torx heads replace the OEM mild steel fasteners. All fasteners are torqued to spec with Loctite applied to prevent loosening. Anaerobic sealant is applied to critical areas to boost pump up speed and reduce aeration. Assembly lubricant is applied to all critical surfaces to insure fast initial pump up and lubricity on start. Parts are blue printed and issued with a specification sheet.
