The Boundary Engineering High Flow Billet Gear Oil Pump Assembly for Ford Zetec I4 2.0L engines (1996-2004) uses a proprietary race-prepared housing and custom billet oil pump gears. It produces 30% more oil volume and can safely operate up to 9000 RPM and over 800 WHP. All assembled pumps undergo thorough cleaning, de-burring, and feature ColdFlow surface gears with chromoly cores. Stainless Torx fasteners with Loctite ensure secure assembly, and anaerobic sealant is applied to critical areas for optimal performance.
