Boundary oil pump gears are 100% manufactured in their Dallas, Texas production facility. They use chromoly billets, quench and temper them for a tough core, apply a ColdFlow surface hardening process, and finish with a Mirror Finish. This provides stability over 9000 RPM, proven over 1000whp (Boundary Pumps) or 600whp (Two Step Performance), with higher efficiency, less friction, and a strong warranty. Features include: Mirror Finished and Surface Hardened; Surface Ground gears for ultimate fitment and performance; Indestructible chromoly core; Inner and outer gear machined in matched sets; Race-inspired gerotor design for flow and strength; Each set hand, machine, and hardness inspected with Blueprinting Report. Available with MartenWear dual-stage heat treatment for operation over 9,000 RPM, which provides an incredibly hard, wear-resistant surface with a low friction coefficient.
