Description

Boundary oil pump gears are 100% manufactured in Dallas, Texas, from chromoly billets. They are quenched from extreme heat and then tempered to create a tough, indestructible core. A ColdFlow surface hardening process is applied, followed by a Mirror Finish, ensuring stability over 9000 RPM and proven reliability in excess of 900whp. Each set includes inner and outer gears, features a unique race-inspired gerotor design with a symmetrical tooth profile, and undergoes hand, machine, and hardness inspection with a Blueprinting Report.
