The Baileigh Industrial BA9-1000935 Bead Roller BR-18M-24 is a manually operated bead roller for metal shaping and fabrication. It features a rigid, electro-welded steel frame for durability and accurate beads. With a 24-inch throat depth, it accommodates most applications and creates delicate patterns. Capacity is 18 gauge mild steel and 16 gauge aluminum. It includes a manual crank, an adjustable depth stop for repeatable beads, and adjustable forming depth via the top shaft. Comes standard with a 1-¼” spoiler roll set and has a ¾” shaft diameter to fit most roll sets. Supported by a sturdy steel floor stand with a die rack for 10 roll sets. Moving parts use long-lasting bronze bushings with grease fittings. Covered by a 1-year parts warranty.
