BR Series Coil-over Kit

The BC Racing BR series coilovers provide a versatile suspension solution suitable for both daily street driving and occasional track use. These systems are engineered with a focus on user adjustability, featuring easily accessible knobs for 30 levels of damping adjustment (compression and rebound). Ride height is independently adjustable via the shock body, allowing for precise tuning without compromising damper travel. This independent adjustment enables users to dial in the exact stance and performance characteristics to match their driving style and needs. The BR series coilovers incorporate a large 53mm diameter damper body with a 46mm piston to maximize oil capacity. This design helps reduce oil temperature fluctuations, ensuring consistent damping performance even under extreme conditions. The system features a mono-tube shock design for optimal performance and a patented concave lower locking collar that securely fastens the adjustable lower mount, preventing common issues with collars working loose. Additional features include optional SWIFT spring upgrades and the ability to be completely rebuilt, with individual parts available for separate purchase. Corrosion protection is a key aspect, with black chromed steel damper units, anodized aluminum components, and electrophoretically deposited and powder-coated steel lower mounts. Monthly salt spray tests are conducted to ensure the highest anti-corrosive standards. Many applications include pillowball upper mounts for improved response and handling by eliminating flex associated with standard rubber mounts. Where applicable, camber-adjustable top mounts are included for further tuning.
