The BC Racing S-09-BR coilover kit is engineered as an affordable solution for lowering 1996-2001 Audi A4 AWD models (B5 chassis), aiming to enhance handling properties for street use and light track or autocross applications. This kit features a mono-tube shock design for precise damping control and offers fully adjustable vehicle ride height through its threaded shock absorber body. With 30 levels of adjustable damping, controlled by a top-mounted thumb knob, users can fine-tune both rebound and compression to their preference. The front struts may include vehicle-specific strut mounts and camber plates, though some vehicles may reuse OEM upper mounts. The kit includes front spring ratings of 16 kg and rear spring ratings of 10 kg. BC Racing provides a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects, and the shock absorbers are designed to be serviceable.
