BR Series Coilover System

This system offers easily accessible damping adjustment knobs and independently adjustable ride height, allowing for precise tuning to match driving style and performance needs. A key feature is BC's patented concave lower locking ring, which securely locks adjustments, preventing slippage and ensuring consistent, predictable handling. Constructed with a mono-tube shock design, these coilovers utilize a large 53mm damper body to maximize oil capacity. This increased volume helps reduce peak operating temperatures, leading to significantly improved and more consistent damper performance, even under extreme conditions. The system incorporates a large 46mm piston within the 53mm damper body. The coilovers are also fully rebuildable, with individual parts available for purchase, and come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Optional SWIFT spring upgrades and custom spring rates are available upon request. Ride height is fully adjustable through the shock body, meaning you retain full damper travel regardless of the chosen height. The lower spring platform is also adjustable, enabling corner-weight balancing for optimal vehicle dynamics and tire efficiency. The damping adjustment offers 30 levels, combining both compression and rebound in a single, user-friendly adjuster, allowing for fine-tuning to suit various driving conditions and handling preferences. Many applications include aluminum pillowball top mounts for improved response and handling by eliminating flex associated with standard rubber mounts. If applicable to the vehicle, camber-adjustable aluminum pillowball top mounts are included, providing further tuning capabilities for road, track, or drift setups. Corrosion protection includes black chromed steel dampers, anodized aluminum components, and electrophoretic disposition followed by powder coating on steel lower mounts, with regular salt spray testing to ensure durability.
