The BC Racing BR Series coilover system is engineered for the 1986-1989 Toyota MR2, including the 1988 Supercharged model. This system provides an affordable entry point into performance suspension upgrades, focusing on balancing performance, comfort, build quality, and vehicle handling. BC Racing meticulously tests each vehicle application to refine the coilover characteristics for optimal results. The BR Series utilizes a mono-tube shock design for consistent performance. It features 30-clicks of simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment, allowing for precise tuning of the suspension characteristics. The height adjustment is independent of spring compression, offering flexibility in setting ride height. This system includes front camber plates as standard on applicable kits, with rear camber plates available for certain applications. BC Racing prioritizes a comfortable yet performance-oriented ride by carefully selecting spring rates for their off-the-shelf kits, avoiding the oversprung feel common in other aftermarket options. The system also offers customization options, including custom spring rates and Swift Springs, as well as custom valving or valving paired with custom spring rates. All BC Racing BR Series coilovers are fully rebuildable and come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
