The Summit Racing Equipment SUM-C2501 is a custom-designed harmonic damper built for performance applications. This unit is SFI 18.1 approved and has undergone spin-testing up to 12,500 rpm, ensuring its reliability under high-rev conditions. It features a durable carbon steel construction with an injection-molded and bonded elastomer for excellent vibration dampening. The damper also includes easy-to-read engraved timing marks and a polished, baked-enamel finish for both functionality and aesthetics. Designed for specific LS engine applications, this harmonic balancer is internally balanced and features an 8-rib crank pulley design suitable for short spacing. It is compatible with LS1, LS2, and LS6 Corvette engines. The product comes as part of a full installation package that includes an ARP LSx Balancer Bolt, an ICT Billet LSx Harmonic Balancer Installation Tool, and an ACDelco Timing Cover Seal, providing a comprehensive solution for replacement or upgrade.
