The HEL Performance brake hose kit is engineered as a direct, like-for-like replacement for the standard flexible brake hoses on the Nissan Skyline R34 2.5 GT-T, specifically for the 1998-2001 model years. The construction of these brake hoses prioritizes longevity and safety. At their core is a PTFE inner material, chosen for its exceptional chemical resistance and tolerance to extreme temperatures, preventing perishing or cracking. This is reinforced by a high-strength stainless steel overbraid that protects against wear and tear. HEL Performance emphasizes the superior quality of their products, with the entire manufacturing process handled in-house. This includes the use of CNC machinery for producing stainless steel fittings and ferrules. The unique fitting design features an internal multi-groove system that forms sealing o-rings and allows for free rotation of fittings post-hydraulic swaging, aiding in precise installation. A locking groove on the ferrule ensures the fitting never detaches from the hose. These brake hoses are road legal worldwide, complying with FMVSS-106 standards.
