Brake Booster and Master Cylinder Assembly

The Datsport HBK0078 is a brand new Datsun brake booster and 7/8" master cylinder assembly, designed as a compact upgrade for Datsun 510, 1600, 180B, 120Y, and similar vehicles. This kit utilizes the factory 180B/120Y “small can” booster design, making it an excellent choice for engine conversions, such as SR20 and FJ20 swaps, where engine bay clearance is a significant consideration. This complete kit features a brand-new brake booster and a 7/8" dual circuit master cylinder. It arrives fully pre-assembled, including a reduced thickness spacer and extended mounting studs to facilitate a straightforward installation. The kit is designed to fit Datsun 510 and 1600 models with minimal modifications; the only required change is to re-drill the factory brake pedal approximately 18mm below the original clevis pin hole to ensure proper alignment with the booster's pushrod. Customers can choose from three configurations: Disc/Disc, Disc/Drum, or Booster-Only. Minor surface imperfections may be present due to the manufacturing process, where each half is powder-coated separately before being pressed together. These cosmetic blemishes do not impact the performance or operational integrity of the brake booster assembly.
