Brake Cooling Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit offers superior stopping power for your vehicle through advanced brake technology. The extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft quality billet, features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. It weighs just over 7 lbs and includes protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The SuperComp systems include a 2-piece floating disc assembly that minimizes rotating and unsprung weight. This floating disc design also prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The rotors feature a unique slot design for reduced braking noise and faster expulsion of gas and debris. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. This particular kit features cross-drilled rotors, which tend to run cooler and are recommended for daily driven vehicles, offering superior heat dissipation compared to slotted rotors which are better suited for track use.
