Brake Cooling Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver maximum stopping power for your Porsche Macan 2.0 (95B). Its design prioritizes easy installation, typically requiring only basic tools. The SuperComp caliper is an extreme-lightweight, forged aircraft-quality billet aluminum component with a differential bore configuration and oversized pistons. It includes features like machined protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM components, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This caliper system requires four brake pads per caliper due to its substantial size. The kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design mitigates thermal stresses that can cause disc warping or cupping. The rotors feature a unique slot design to reduce braking noise and expel gas and debris more efficiently. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended as they tend to run cooler. Ksport also offers optional upgrades for caliper color, brake pads (Street or Race), and center bell finishes. This kit is made to order, and an estimated time of arrival will be provided after the order is submitted to the supplier.
