The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit offers superior stopping power for your vehicle, integrating advanced brake technology to minimize fade and maintain optimal pad performance through continuous cooling. This kit features an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper, CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet with a differential bore configuration. The caliper weighs just over 5 lbs and includes machined protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes lightweight 2-piece disc assemblies to reduce rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses and prevent warping. The unique rotor slot design reduces braking noise and expels gas and debris efficiently. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for peak performance, with cross-drilled rotors recommended for daily drivers due to their cooler operating temperatures.
