Integrating advanced brake technology, this kit ensures continuous cooling and refreshing of the brake pad surface during braking. The caliper is a lightweight, one-piece design CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet, weighing just over 5 lbs. It features differential bore, machined protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel wear plates. The opposed-piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Stainless-steel brake lines are used to prevent expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce rotating and unsprung weight, with many applications offering a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stress and warping. Unique rotor slotting helps reduce braking noise and expels gas and debris more effectively. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. For daily drivers, cross-drilled rotors offer cooler operation, while slotted rotors are recommended for track use.
