The caliper is a lightweight, one-piece CNC machined unit crafted from aircraft-grade billet aluminum, weighing just over 5 lbs. It features a differential bore configuration, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed-piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure for a firmer pedal feel. The kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly for reduced rotational and unsprung weight, with optional floating disc configurations to mitigate thermal stress and warping. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for peak performance, with drilled options recommended for daily driving and slotted options for track use. Features include: bolt-on replacement components without modifications, 11-inch to 14-inch rotor size options, 4 standard caliper colors (Orange, Red, Yellow, Black) with over 20,000 custom color upgrades available.
