Brake Fade Reduction Cooling System

By integrating advanced brake technology, this kit significantly reduces brake fade and ensures the continuous cooling and refreshing of brake pad surfaces during heavy braking. The SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft-quality billet, is extremely lightweight at just over 7lbs and features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. It includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates, with machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes. This big brake system utilizes an opposed piston caliper design that enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent performance. The SuperComp systems feature a 2-piece floating disc assembly that reduces both rotating and unsprung weight, while also mitigating thermal stresses from extreme heat to prevent disc warping or surface cupping. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are better suited for daily driving due to cooler operation. This kit is specifically designed for the 1993-1998 Volkswagen Jetta MK3, excluding VR6 models with 2-piece OE caliper setups.
