This kit features a differential bore, 8-piston SuperComp caliper machined from aircraft-quality billet, weighing just over 7 lbs. each. It includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates for enhanced durability and performance. The opposed piston caliper design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly with a 380mm (15-inch) rotor. This design reduces rotating and unsprung weight, and the floating nature helps manage thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping. The unique slot design on the rotor is intended to reduce braking noise and expel gas and pad debris more efficiently than conventional designs. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily drivers.
