The FASS Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel system, rated at 290 gallons per hour, is engineered for high-performance vehicles with large fuel demands, supporting 1200-1500 HP for Dodge Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L diesel engines. This system offers advanced filtration with a 2-micron rating, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS's patented air/vapor removal process, protecting injection systems and extending the life of Bosch injectors. Key features include FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) for reduced noise, Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) to improve fuel flow and prevent air reintroduction, and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology for continuous fuel polishing and cavitation prevention. The kit includes two FASS BHF-1005 (Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit) made from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, allowing direct plumbing to the fuel tank module and eliminating filler neck cutting. Bolt-on bracket mounts simplify installation by utilizing the factory bed bolt. This system provides preset 16-18 PSI fuel pressure, improved cold weather starts, decreased emissions, 1/2 inch fuel lines and ports, and a limited lifetime warranty.
