Brake Kit

The system is built for straightforward installation, typically requiring minimal tools. At the core of this kit is an extreme lightweight one-piece caliper, CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet and weighing just over 5 lbs. This caliper features differential bore configuration, machined protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM components, and stainless-steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping. The unique slot design on the rotor helps reduce braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are suggested for more track-focused use.
