Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp big brake kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping power, engineered with advanced brake technology to combat brake fade and maintain optimal pad performance under heavy use. The kit's SuperComp caliper is exceptionally lightweight, crafted from aircraft-quality billet and featuring a differential bore for enhanced piston area and improved pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The system utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight, while also mitigating thermal stresses to prevent rotor warping and cupping under extreme heat. The unique slot design on the rotors is optimized to minimize braking noise and efficiently expel gases and pad debris. Each rotor is meticulously heat-treated and balanced to ensure peak performance right out of the box. Ksport offers both cross-drilled (recommended for daily driving) and slotted rotor options (recommended for track use). The kit includes stainless steel brake lines, which resist expansion under pressure, further contributing to consistent braking performance. Due to the larger caliper size, four brake pads are standard per caliper in the SuperComp series.
