Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kits provide the ultimate in stopping power for your vehicle. These systems integrate new brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool and refresh the brake pad surface under braking. The extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper is machined from aircraft-quality billet and features larger pistons than their ProComp calipers. It includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. SuperComp systems come standard with a 2-piece floating disc assembly to reduce rotating and unsprung weight, and to prevent thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor helps reduce braking noise and expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional designs. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles that see more track use than daily driving, as opposed to cross-drilled rotors which are recommended for daily drivers.
