Unlike rubber hoses that degrade over time, HEL braided hoses feature a robust PTFE inner core for exceptional chemical resistance and extreme temperature tolerance. This is reinforced by a high-strength stainless steel overbraid and finished with a clear or colored wipe-clean PVC cover for added protection and aesthetics. The unique fitting design includes internal multi-grooves that create sealing o-rings and allow for free rotation of fittings post-hydraulic swaging, ensuring secure placement and ease of installation. The product is built to last and backed by HEL's Lifetime Warranty, with all hoses tested in laboratory and on-track conditions. They comply with FMVSS-106 standards, making them road-legal worldwide. Specifications include an AN3 hose size, 3mm internal diameter, and 8mm external diameter. The PTFE core and stainless steel overbraid offer durability, while the PVC outer layer protects surrounding components. These hoses can operate in temperatures from -70°C to 250°C and handle pressures up to 4206 PSI (operating) and 12618 PSI (burst).
