The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit offers ultimate stopping power for your vehicle, incorporating advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade. This system features continual cooling and refreshing of the brake pad surface during braking, ensuring consistent performance. At the heart of this kit is the extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft-quality billet and weighing just over 7 lbs. It features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than ProComp calipers and includes machined protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features on each caliper include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM setups, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The SuperComp systems come with a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design also mitigates thermal stresses that can cause warping or damage to the braking surface under extreme heat. The unique slot design on the rotor not only minimizes braking noise but also expels gas and pad debris more efficiently than conventional designs. Each rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Ksport offers both cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driven vehicles due to cooler running temperatures, and slotted rotors, ideal for track use. This specific kit is designed for the Nissan 240SX S14, model years 1995-1998, with a 4x114.3 bolt pattern. Ksport Big Brake kits generally fit 2WD vehicles only unless otherwise specified.
