The Ksport Supercomp Rear Big Brake Kit offers ultimate stopping power, integrating new brake technology to reduce brake fade and refresh brake pads. This kit features massive 8-piston calipers forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, weighing just over 7 lbs each. These calipers have differential bore configurations, larger pistons, and opposed piston designs that improve pad wear and caliper rigidity. The kit includes 2-piece floating disc assemblies designed to reduce weight and prevent thermal stresses from warping the disc. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced, with options for cross-drilled (recommended for daily driving) or slotted (recommended for track use) designs. This kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic and designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear. Optional RC5 Race Pads (carbon metallic) are available for extreme track conditions. All kits include CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets for a direct bolt-on fitment to the OEM caliper location and D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal feel and response.
