This system features lightweight, 6-piston aluminum calipers machined from aircraft-quality billet, boasting differential bore configuration, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM components. The kit includes D.O.T. compliant stainless steel brake lines that resist expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent pedal feel. It utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight while mitigating thermal stresses that can lead to rotor warping or cupping. The unique slot design on the 286mm (11") ventilated discs minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gases and pad debris. Each rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. This kit requires 15" wheels for proper fitment. This Ksport Big Brake Kit is specifically designed for the 2008-2012 Honda Accord 2.4L model. All necessary hardware, including machined aluminum hats and carbon steel brackets, is included for a comprehensive upgrade.
