These 100% scorched, 100% shimmed, and 100% asbestos-free semi-metallic brake pads are manufactured using a positive molding process for consistent friction material density, ensuring even wear and performance. They include mounting hardware where applicable, precision cut or shaved backing plates, and mechanically attached shims to eliminate noise and vibration, while the scorching process forces impurities out and accelerates break-in. Available in three application-specific compounds.
