The Dobinsons Brake Adjuster (BA45-005) is engineered to restore proper brake bias in lifted vehicles, crucial for maintaining optimal braking performance and safety. It achieves this by compensating for suspension lift through adjustment of the vehicle's brake proportioning valve, ensuring balanced braking between the front and rear axles. Constructed from heavy-duty steel and finished with a durable, corrosion-resistant zinc-plated gold coating, this brake adjuster is built to last. Its function is particularly critical for vehicles that have been lifted more than 2 inches to ensure safe and effective stopping power. This brake bias adjuster is suitable for lift ranges of 0-6 inches. It is recommended for installation on any vehicle lifted over 2 inches. Specific fitment includes Nissan Patrol Y61 GU Pickup (Rear Coil Spring Suspension, 1999-2023) and Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series (05/1990-1998) and 105 Series (08/1991-11/2007).
