The Red Line Break-In Oil 40 is a conventional engine oil designed for new and rebuilt gasoline and diesel engines. It contains elevated zinc and phosphorus additives (2900ppm and 2600ppm respectively) to facilitate the proper seating of camshafts, lifters, and piston rings. This formula also prevents excess wear to other critical engine components during the break-in process.
