Description

The Tekonsha 2010-P is a universal breakaway switch designed for trailers with electric brakes. It is constructed with a reinforced nylon case, a weldable metal tab, and a nylon pin assembly, ensuring it is rust and corrosion-free. This switch is legally required in some states for trailers with electric brakes to automatically engage the trailer brakes in the event of an accidental separation from the tow vehicle.
