The Spectre Performance 3991 is a valve cover filtered breather designed for clamp-on attachment. It is constructed from steel with a chrome finish and features a round, plain top. This breather has a 2.000 in. diameter and fits valve cover holes measuring 0.375 in. It does not include grommets and is not a PCV valve or breather tube.
